RETURNS
You may return product within 30 days from the delivery date, for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, and other discounts that may have applied to your original purchase. We cannot take returns on overly used products or products not purchased online at Blincinc.co.uk. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. To return items to Blincinc.co.uk please follow these steps:
If you purchased a product at one of our retailer location, please return it to that retailer where it was purchased. Sorry, but we can only accept returns of products purchased at Blincinc.co.uk. Please read our Refund Policy for more information.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

- Contact customer service at +44 207 046 9620 or email us at info@BlincInc.co.uk to obtain a Return Form.
- Complete the "Return Form" and place it inside the return package. Pack and seal the products you are returning securely (in the original package if possible)
- Return Label is not provided. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations as long as the order has not already been shipped out to you. We suggest you contact us as soon as possible to let us know you would like to cancel your order. You can email us at Info@BlincInc.co.uk or by telephone at +44 207 046 9620, Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
