ORDER CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellations as long as the order has not already been shipped out to you. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For any items that are incorrect, damage by carrier or defective in any way, we will cover the cost of return postage by sending a free returns label by email. We also do not charge any restocking fee for any items that are returned back to us. Email us at Info@BlincInc.co.uk and we will ask you to send pictures of the incorrect, damaged or defective item. Once the item is received by us; we will send a replacement item or give a full refund including a refund of the original shipping cost.
